The customer in Bromley cross wanted to add a new master bedroom with en suite. The customer only wanted the shell building as they wanted to do the internal work themselves.

It was constructed using attic trusses on an original flat roof extension. The benefit of using attic trusses was that after a few days of preparation the structure was erected and water tight very quickly.
