This was for a family in Atherton who wanted a more open plan feel while still keeping defined areas.

The build consisted of a warm roof with 4.5m x 1.5m lantern and a GRP finish. External walls were finish with a silicone based render to compliment the aluminium bi folding doors, to give it a clean modern look.

We made the appropriate knock through to open up the kitchen and dining room to our new extension. We removed the old kitchen and utility, re wired both and skimmed throughout prior to the supply and fitting of the new units.
