Split level double extension
Project Details
This project was for a family in Appley Bridge.
They purchased a bungalow with the extension in mind as the property had plenty of land to the side.
In total we added 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room split over the two levels.
To the front of the property they wanted a raised driveway adding, which needed a retaining wall building. It was built to the engineers design which included an 1800mm wide footing and multiple sheets of steel mesh, The house and extension where rendered and the new entrance was cedar cladded as a visual feature.
